For learners and guardians
See what happened. Pay without chasing.
Whether you are learning yourself or paying for a child, SkillPort shows the lesson that happened, what it covered, and where the money went — on the record, not in a group chat.

What a guardian gets
A guardian on SkillPort sees, for each linked child, the class schedule the educator keeps, whether the child was marked present, the educator's remark after each lesson, every invoice and every payment. Fees are paid and the bank-in slip is sent from the same screen, and the educator's verification shows up on the same record. An adult learner sees exactly the same for themselves. Nobody sees another family's child, and a guardian's own student or educator records are never mixed into the view. Before any of that, a learner or guardian finds the educator through the app itself: search by skill and place, or by postcode, and read the reviews of people who studied with them.
Find a skill
Start by finding the right teacher.
Tell SkillPort what you or your child want to learn and where — a town name, or just your postcode — and it shows the educators who teach it there or online, with their ratings and the reviews behind them. Write to one before you enrol. From the first lesson on, the same app holds the schedule, the attendance, the remarks and every ringgit.
- A postcode is enough. Five digits, and the app knows the town.
- Every educator shown teaches that skill in the place you asked for, or online — and you are told how many there are before you tap.
- Ratings come only from learners and guardians who were enrolled, under their own names.
What you see
The record a group chat cannot give you.
- 01
The real schedule
The educator's own calendar, on your phone. When a class moves, your screen moves with it.
- 02
Was my child there?
The attendance the educator marks is the one you read. Present, absent, late — as recorded, when recorded.
- 03
How your child is doing
A remark against your child in each class, kept with that class — what was covered and how they went. Read one that evening; read the run of them at exam time and you have their progress.
- 04
Fees and receipts
Every invoice, what has been paid and what is outstanding, in one column that adds up.
- 05
Pay, then send the slip
Transfer the fee your usual way, then attach the bank-in slip in the app. The educator verifies it with the slip in view, and your record updates.
- 06
A line to the educator
A one-to-one thread with an educator your child is enrolled with, and the class conversation when the educator opens one.
Children and consent
Under-18 learners are in scope by design.
Many SkillPort learners are school-age. A learner account is held by someone 18 or over, or by a student whose parent or legal guardian has read and agreed to the Terms on their behalf. We collect no date of birth and do not verify age; we record the consent given at sign-up, and a parent or guardian can ask us to access, correct or erase their child's data at any time — whether the child holds an account or an educator created the record — without the educator's permission.
Questions people ask
Do I need an account to see my child's record?
Yes. The educator links you to your child and invites you; you create a guardian account with your email address, and once you're in you can add a passkey so signing back in takes your face, fingerprint or device PIN. From then on the child's schedule, attendance, remarks and invoices are on your Today screen.
Can I pay through the app?
You transfer the fee the way you normally do and attach the bank-in slip in the app. The educator sees the slip beside the payment and verifies it. The record on both sides updates at the same time.
I am a parent and also learning something myself. Two apps?
One app, one login. SkillPort shows you what you are owed and what you owe on the same screen, and keeps each side scoped: your children's records under the guardian view, your own classes under the learner view.
How do I find an educator to begin with?
Search in the app by what you want to learn and where — a town name or your postcode. SkillPort lists the educators who teach it there or online, how many there are, and the reviews written by people who studied with them. If nobody teaches it in your town yet, the app widens the search itself and tells you it did.
