SkillPort is operated by Apply IT Sdn. Bhd., registered with Malaysia's Department of Personal Data Protection as a data user, with an appointed Data Protection Officer.
A person can reach the DPO directly about their own data or their child's. English is the authoritative text of every policy; where a translation differs, the English prevails.
